Bartelings Partners with the ASA Group
Bartelings is delighted to announce the start of a partnership with The ASA Group, which provides aircraft handling and support services (including permits, slots and parking, fuel, catering, ground support and hotel arrangements), aircraft charter and security services throughout Asia and beyond.
Over the last 5 years, since its inception, Bartelings has developed strong B2B relationships with companies from around the world assisting in air cruise development, aircraft charter and logistical expertise for “on the road trips”. Commenting on the partnership, Gary Bartelings, Founder and Managing Director said, “our goal is to continue to grow our aviation business across the world and we are clear that aviation is much more than just about operating an aircraft. Working with the team at ASA we now have a clear connection to a range of associated services which will benefit our clients.”
With over 20 years of expertise, The ASA Group is considered one of the leading companies in its sector and through its 6 offices in Asia, it offers an extensive range of services. Simon Wagstaff, Founder and Chairman, developed the business through organic growth as well as strategic alliances. “Through service delivery, we have built up a business which has developed many long-term relationships. We believe in a very personal approach to any operation we undertake on behalf of our clients. There are many operators and other potential clients in the UK & Europe that we would like to build relationships with and provide all of their travel needs in and throughout Asia and in Bartelings we have found the right partner to develop those connections” he said.
The newly formed partnership will see Bartelings representing the ASA Group at a range of shows and conferences. A successful visit to the Business Travel Show in London in February, followed by the Annual BBGA conference, EBACE and a host of other smaller and larger exhibitions throughout the year in the UK and Europe. “ASA has a strong personality,” says Bartelings “and it is the development of personal relationships which is the core direction for the UK & Europe. We have a great product, service and team and more people need to hear about it”, he concludes.
Whilst Asia, like most of the world, is grappling with the impact of COVID-19 the ASA Group remains optimistic according to Wagstaff, “our security, travel, crisis management and charter departments have dealt with many natural and man-made challenges over the years and ultimately we adapt to the new situation. Safe travel continues to be a priority for our clients and we are in the best position to deliver this”.
